You're Invited! 2022 Teacher Appreciation Event at the Illinois State Museum

The Illinois State Museum is excited to welcome educators back in person to our annual Teacher Appreciation Event in partnership with Horace Mann and Springfield Public Schools Foundation.

The 2022 Teacher Appreciation Event will take place on Thursday, August 25, 2022, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Illinois State Museum in Springfield. This year’s event at the Museum will feature exhibitions, educational resources, refreshments, live music, and giveaways. Additionally, we will announce a new field-trip resource teachers can access for transportation funding throughout the year. So, come for drinks and nibbles and join us to celebrate the coming year!

The event is free. However, registration is required as space is limited. So, please reserve your free ticket and let us know you’re coming. Please note this will be an adults-only celebration. Alcoholic beverages will be served.
